Recent Ways People Have Made A Difference
Walking with God is more than
believing a set of doctrines and spending time with God in study and prayer. These spiritual disciplines are important, but when we combine action with our faith, amazing things begin to happen. James says,
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. James 2:26
The amazing things that happen aren’t just in you and me. It’s also about working with God to develop his Kingdom on earth. We get to be a part of the answer to the very prayer of Jesus in Matthew 6:9-10
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Compassion Clinic 2010 at Barnes Elementary School

Over 50 Beaverton area churches worked together on October 9th to provide free dental and health care to hundreds of adults and children. Cedar Hills was well represented with a dozen volunteers, including persons in key leadership positions. Thanks be to God!
